How long does the home visit take?
Usually around 30-45 minutes. Your rep brings samples, measures the area you want flooring for, and talks you through your options — all at your own pace, in your own home.
Am I obligated to buy something on the day?
Not at all. The home visit is completely free with zero obligation. If nothing’s right for you, that’s fine — no pressure, no follow-up calls. We’d rather you get exactly what you want than rush into something.
Do you do evening or weekend appointments?
Yes. We know most people work during the day, so our reps offer evening and weekend slots. Just let us know what works best on the form and we’ll fit around you.
What areas do you cover?
We have a UK-wide network of local sales reps and fitters. When your local rep calls, they’ll confirm coverage for your postcode and book a time that suits you both.
How quickly can someone come out?
Most appointments are booked within 24-48 hours. If you need it urgently, mention it in the form or give us a quick call on 01206 692360 and we’ll see what we can do.
What’s included with my flooring?
Carpets and laminate orders include free underlay, grippers and door bars. Vinyl is felt-backed (no underlay needed). Laminate also includes free white beading. Your rep will go through everything during the visit.
Do you really do no credit checks?
Yes — we don’t run credit checks at all. Our pay-weekly plans are 0% interest and based on a deposit + agreed weekly or monthly payments. Everyone gets approved.
