The £50 deposit is paid on your chosen appointment date and will be deducted from the total amount due. This deposit is broken down into two payments: £30 in cash to your sales representative and £20 via a secure link on your card. This process not only initiates your payment plan but also allows you to secure an instant fitting date for your new flooring if you decide to use our Pay Weekly Flooring service.

The payment amount is determined by the total credit used. We offer £750 instant credit to all first-time customers, which can increase over time with a good payment history. Payments must be made within 12 months (52 weeks). For example, if your total is £520, you would pay £10 per week for 52 weeks, with monthly payments starting from £50.

The only payments you need to make are your deposit, the agreed payment plan amount, and the fitting fee paid directly to the installation team on your chosen day. The fitting fee varies depending on the number of rooms, their sizes, and the product chosen. Generally, fitting fees start at £50 for rooms and £90 for stairs. These details will be explained in full during your appointment with the sales representative.

Covering an extensive range of areas throughout England and Wales, our services offer seamless access to our versatile flooring solutions, with £750 typically accommodating needs up to 40m2,  effortlessly track your account status by accessing the Portal Login sent via text message, conveniently make overpayments through the same portal, and reorder when your account balance dips below £350.

To ensure the highest quality of service, all our fitting teams are self-employed professionals. While we assist in coordinating their schedules, we cannot be held liable for their availability. Rest assured, we conduct thorough legal checks on all fitters to guarantee safety, skill, and proper documentation. Unfortunately, the fitting fee is not included in the price, as our fitters operate as independent contractors, and payment is accepted in cash on the designated fitting date. Fitters typically arrive between 8 am and 6 pm for appointments, and if you’re not satisfied after fitting, please contact our office for prompt service. While we strive to accommodate your schedule, weekend fittings are generally avoided as our office is closed during that time. For any specific queries about your area fitter, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our office for further information.

Should you find any dissatisfaction after the fitting, please don’t hesitate to contact our office, and we’ll promptly schedule a service call to address your concerns. However, please be aware that cancelling your booking will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Since flooring is a bespoke product tailored to fit your home’s unique rooms and sizes, cancellation within 14 days will not result in a refund, as the product would have been ordered and cut to your specifications. If more than 14 days notice is given, a 25% chargeback on every payment will be applied to cover administrative charges. We also provide furniture on a pay weekly basis, offering sofas, beds, TVs, and various other electrical goods. These items start from a £5 deposit and operate under the same pay weekly system as flooring. However, the deposit for furniture is only £5, and once 30% of the total amount is paid, delivery can be arranged. Our services cover all of England and Wales, ensuring accessibility across the regions. The quality of our products is of the highest grade, with complimentary mattresses included with all bed orders. Our refund system follows the same protocol as outlined above. Due to the company procuring the product from day one, no refunds are provided. Therefore, it’s imperative to ensure that your chosen item meets your requirements before making a purchase.
